The time has come for Mat to review the most unique vehicle in the world - the Tesla Cybertruck! But is it all style over substance? Or does the Cybertruck stand up as a fully-fledged pick-up that can compete with all-electric competitors like the Rivian R1T & Ford F-150 Lightning? Well, let’s find out by taking a closer look! When it comes to the exterior design, there’s no denying the Cybertruck is one of the most eye-catching vehicles in the world! Sure some people complain about gaps in the body panels and the straight edges, but there’s no denying it looks like it’s time-travelled back from the future. The stainless steel panels make it super tough, and the full-length light bars at the front and back only help to make it stand out further. Step inside and the interior is classic Tesla. Bar some buttons on the steering wheel everything is controlled through the huge infotainment screen on the dash. This can be annoying at times, but there’s no denying this screen is super slick and very responsive. Otherwise, the build quality is pretty solid, with soft-touch materials throughout most of the cabin. There’s even a small infotainment screen in the back, too! When it comes to performance, there are three editions of the Cybertruck you can buy. A single motor, dual motor, and tai-motor ‘Cyberbeast’ edition! The latter edition can produce 845hp and 930Nm of torque, and all this costs just $96,000! But of course, this edition is also super heavy, tipping the scales at 3,084kg! So what do you think - have you learnt to love the looks? Or is it just too much?
